Atomic Consulting is owned by Tom Porter, a seasoned business executive and owner with 35+ years of experience in operations, optimization, development, entrepreneurship, consulting, acquisitions and management. His consulting business was born from his experience, success and desire to assist companies in meeting their growth goals - increased profit, optimization, market penetration, expansion, associate growth/buy-in, management/leadership transition and prepping companies to sell. Though Tom has had ownership and/or managed companies with revenue less than a million dollars and companies in the 100s of millions, his passion is to help small to mid-sized companies realize their potential, get serious profit and maximize owner freedom by utilizing his experience and success in entrepreneurship and large corporate structures.
Atomic Consulting has a proprietary Business Health Check-Up that Tom designed from his years of experience in analyzing and implementing change in a variety of businesses. This check-up assesses the health of all the major components of your business - People, Process, Product and Profit. From this check-up and detailed report/analysis, you will be able to discover your business' strengths to capitalize on and any pain points to overcome.
Atomic Consulting offers a variety of different types of consulting, whether it be holistic or compartmentalized to address a specific need. Pricing for consulting can be an hourly rate, flat fee or retainer based on services provided.
During a free discovery call or in-person meeting, the service(s) you need will be identified and it will be determined if working together is advantageous. If the determination is that Atomic can assist your company, you will be provided with a detailed quote for the consulting services.

This requires the company to participate in the Business Health Check-up, both parties to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and for the company to meet Atomic's internal specifications, price point and desired industries.
